DEO OFFERING: DECENTRALIZED EXCHANGE OFFERING. 30TH OCTOBER 2018
Hey Blockscarter’s and the wider Crypto Community.
On the 30th October 2018, we will be placing 10,000,000 (ten million) BLXS on the Waves Decentralized Exchange as an offering for people to get some BLXS.
The DEO offering will run until we have traded at least 50% or by the latest date; 30th December 2018.
Why are we running a DEO (Decentralized Exchange Offering)?
This will help us continue as a company to create the Fee-Free platform of tomorrow.
The tokenomics of Blockscart is quite simple. You can buy or sell products and services using BLXS. You can be paid out in BLXS or USD token and we will use the funds, minus 5% to put back towards liquidity of BLXS, so there will be a assurance fund covering the missing BLXS from the market.
We are trying to create a self sustaining ecosystem within our CryptoAsset and that starts with our platform.
TRADE PRICING ON DEX
BLXS will be $0.05 give or take a few satoshi’s on market balance and there will be 10,000,000 BLXS listed.
That gives us the potential to raise a maximum of $500,000 worth of Cryptocurrencies.
We do not touch FIAT and by offering a BLXS on a DEO, we have no issues with AML or KYC as everything that runs our business at this moment in time is Cryptocurrency payments.
Paying for all our suppliers, devs, team, services etc using Crypto only.
So going into this DEO, we hope we can get some support.

We are offering the BLXS at $0.05 for us to crowdfund to help our business go forward.
You have seen that we have already launched a mobile application to Google alone which has over 500 downloads in 2 days!
Once we launch the platform, run the bounty campaign and our marketing campaign, it is sure to rise in use case.
The BLXS
We do not promise, state or give any reason for you or anyone who trades their Crypto to BLXS that the price of the token will be worth more or less.
We are not giving you investment tips or trying to state you will be rich.
We are simple offering 10,000,000 (ten million) BLXS at a price we believe it’s worth to us for our utility platform.
In the case of BLXS, if it has a price above or below $0.05 after the DEO sale, that is purely based on what people think it’s value is worth based on the USE CASE we offer.
We have no ability to predict, state or offer a price of BLXS once we distribute the BLXS.
